Check in time is any time after 4pm, we will notify you if your unit is ready any sooner. Check out is 10 am and you only need to remove all garbage, either wash dishes or run the dishwasher and place used towels together in a pile. Don’t worry about making or stripping beds. We want to make check out as easy for you as we can.

You can pay for your entire stay at once when you make your reservation, or you can pay half down and the other half needs to be paid off prior to your stay.
You will be emailed and text confirmation immediately and then we will reach out with house information closer to your stay.
We take all Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do take Debit cards and if you would like to pay in cash please call ahead of time and make arrangements.

Pretty much anything you will need but your meals!! And we can arrange grocery pick up and delivery. We strive to be above the rest keeping houses stocked with all the basics plus the extras like Coffee, foil, sugars and some basic condiments and spices. We have tried to think of all the toiletries you may need so, if we are missing something please let us know what we might add to create an even better stay.
All of the homes are equipped with high speed wi-fi but it is not always HIGH SPEED in our rural area. Passwords are in the home and sent to you though our welcome notifications upon arrival. All houses are equipped with Streaming TV’s so feel free to log in and out of your own accounts to view your shows or use the free tv viewing options.
This will depend on where you are and your provider. Most Version and US Cellular phones with AT&T and T mobile getting better each season. But keep in mind you might be coming here just to unplug from that cell phone too!
Yes the main Hospital and Emergency Department are in Enterprise with clinics in all the surrounding towns.
Yes each individual counts towards your maximum occupancy.
