We are local family owned and operated property management company with Wallowa County roots. As a family of 6 we each play a role in the business and along with our team we can be at the homes in a matter of minutes to address anything a guest or homeowner might need. We offer many years of experience in all the different facets of property management and professional cleaning.  Our love of this place we call HOME and the desire to showcase it has helped guide us to this adventure. Wallowa Valley Ventures offers homeowners a comprehensive management plan. We Striving for excellence by utilizing top of the line technology for booking and online management of your home and their visibility to renters, also handling payments of all kinds.  We hold high expectations for ourselves, staff and owners to provide well maintained, thoroughly cleaned and thoughtfully stocked homes. Also offering outstanding customer service and communication with guests and homeowners, focused on keeping guests returning and homeowners happy.

We work closely with owners and renters alike to assure professional, supportive, and responsive services. Available 24/7 for emergency’s and always available to help.  

  • Owners are provided with a beautiful easily navigated website, advertising with comprehensive rental information, and paid credit card processing fees.
  • Owners are responsible for the hard goods that stay in the homes while we manage and brand all the disposable goods used each rental round. The preparation of all rental agreements, management of bookings, and quotes is included in our fees since we are the personal contact that reviews before guest approval.
  • Owners have immediate notification upon guest reservation with automatic calendar updates within our secure system.  Monthly revenue statements/disbursements can also access through each unique owner portal.
  • Owners are able to use their private portal to block time for themselves to stay, view their homes calendar, request maintenance and view owner statements anytime. Payments from renters and payments to vendors, refunds, damage charges, owner and management payments are all processed through and visible in that portal.
  • As the managers we will conduct security checks during guest stays if required and manage any complaints or concerns and be responsible for responding to smoke, fire, security alarm system alerts as well.
  • We offer each owner professional housekeeping management along with basic preventative and on-going maintenance. Major repairs will be outsourced to local contractors that we work with and have built ongoing relationships with so that repairs are delt with timely and affordable manner. Properly reported damages will be covered by a third-party insurance we carry as the management team. Oversight/management of construction or remodel projects can be arranged (for a fee). This leaves you with more time and less stress when you come to enjoy your home making memories with your families.

Our guests can expect us to be committed to creating an amazing experience and environment for your next adventure. All guests get immediate availability and online booking with instant quotes and reservations with efficient credit card processing. We want you to enjoy a fun and trouble-free time staying with our company in this amazing community. 

You will be provided with detailed rental information through our comprehensive website and messaging systems. Our website includes area activities, area weather and special events with all the “Must Do’s” when you travel here.  We want you to visit and enjoy this diverse and dynamic area both in its landscape and culture.

We know just how important it is to guests and owners that they find clean and tidy accommodations upon arrival. Each home will be professionally cleaned between each guest’s stay. We want to ensure that the little touches are just right so we will do inspections after each clean to make sure it meets our standards, and our homes are ready to impress. All amenities that the homes offer will be listed in your reservation confirmation. But some of the items stocked each stay will be toiletries and paper goods, coffee and some cream and sugars as well as some common condiments and spices. Where appropriate there will be laundry soaps, all rentals will have lake towels and BBQ’s. If you need help picking the right house for your stay, contact us directly.

Cancellations are an option with 72-hour notice or any time if you choose to purchase travel insurance for your booking. Your stay is covered by a damage insurance only if damages are appropriately and timely reported during your stay. Some units are pet friendly and there is a fee to bring your furry friend. Don’t fear our website directs you to a local boarding facility in Joseph as an option if your home is not pet friendly.
